Ingredients
- Half a cup of plain flour
- One cup of caster sugar
- Half a cup of salted butter, melted and cooled, plus a little more for greasing the pan
- Two eggs
- One-third of a cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- A handful of mini marshmallows
Method
- Grease the bottom and all sides of a medium-sized baking tray. Place the tray in a pre-heated oven set to 180°C.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder. In separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter and eggs. Add the wet mixture into the dry mixture, stirring until just combined. Stir through the marshmallows.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and smooth the top into an even layer.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool for five minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
