The Australian Caravan Club (ACC) has formed a special interest group for owners of Lotus caravans, allowing them to muster together as a group within the ACC.
“The formation of this new special interest group follows a number of ACC members attending a Lotus Caravan Owners’ Group muster last weekend,” ACC chairman Craig Humphrey said. “We all got together and decided that we had so much fun as a group that we would start a special interest group for Lotus caravan owners within our own club.”
The ACC already has a number of special interest groups created for members with similar interests. These operate separately to the club’s branch structure and a member can be a member of a branch and a member of a special interest group.
Mr Humphrey, himself a Lotus caravan owner, said he was delighted with the formation of the group. “I will most definitely be joining it,” he said.
The formation of the Lotus group takes the total number of ACC special interest groups to six.
Like other special interest groups within the ACC, the ACC Owners of Lotus Vans Special Interest Group will hold its own musters.
“Of course, while not being able to join the special interest group, all members of the ACC will be welcome to attend the musters as that is what makes our club so special,” Mr Humphrey said. “By being a member of the ACC, you are automatically eligible to attend the musters of all branches and all special interest groups.”
