Caravan and 4WD tyres. They cost a fortune and yet so many caravanners take them for granted. Setting them at the correct pressure is crucial. Too little or too much pressure will cause premature wear or, worse, a blowout, potentially putting your life in danger.
But is setting your tyre pressures based on the load recommendations on the tyre sidewall or compliance plate of the caravan the best bet? Or is there a better, more accurate way?
